Eligibility Certification: Any lawyer licensed to practice before the Vermont Supreme Court, being of good moral    
 character, engaged in any field or phase of advocacy and committed to the concept of fair trial, the advocacy system
 and a just result for the injured, the accused and those whose rights are jeopardized, is eligible for membership in
 the VTAJ. No person shall be eligible for or continue membership in the Association who for the most part or
 generally represents the defense in civil personal injury litigation or who is associated with a law firm or office which
 generally or for the most part represents the defense in civil personal injury litigation. All applications are subject to
 review by the President and President-Elect for eligibility. Committee for eligibility.
