Membership Services and Benefits

The Vermont Association for Justice is a dynamic organization designed to represent, educate, and support its members and the consumers they represent.

VTAJ Educates You

Continuing Legal Education
VTAJ provides quality CLE Seminars to give practicing trial attorneys better tools in the fight to protect their clients. Members may attend CLE’s at reduced rates. Audio and video tapes of seminars are also often available.

VTAJ Briefs You
All members receive the quarterly VTAJ Report, which contains verdicts and settlements, current events in the legal profession, legislative reports, reviews of recent court decisions, and other news relevant to trial lawyers. Members are invited to submit case reports, articles, commentaries and networking items, at any time, for publication.

VTAJ Benefits You

There is the Basic Listserv, an Employment Listerv, a Workers Comp Listserv, a Family Law Listserv, a MedMal Listserv and a Criminal Law Listserv. All of the Listservs have an Archive Search function that allows you to search on topics of interest going back a few years if you choose.
