Welcome to VTAJ

VTAJ is pleased to announce that
Rule 30 (b)(6) Expert

Mark Kosieradzki

will be here for a one-day seminar on
May 11, 2018

Many people think Rule 30b6 is only for big federal cases.  That is a mistake.  Va. Sup. Ct. R. 4:5(b)(6) is almost identical to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(b)(6). The Vermont Supreme Court looks to the Federal Rules to interpret the State Rules. Rule 30(b)(6) is not just for major corporate litigation, complex product liability, mass tort, or commercial litigation cases.  If you want to cut through the obstruction when trying to get information from any corporation, organization or the government, then this program is for you.

BRAVO! VTAJ Public Safety Committee creates successes!

VTAJ Public Service Committee members
Andy Dulaney, Carey Rose, Ron Fox, and Fritz Langrock,
along with fellow VTAJ members Jim Levins and Karl Andersen,
joined the "Sound the Alarm" event in Rutland on a recent Saturday,
installing over 70 new, lifesaving smoke detectors in homes .

And this past spring, this group hosted a giveaway of nearly 1000 bike lights to youth
in 5 vermont communites.
